Job Summary:
Leadership Institute seeks a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce instance, ensuring its optimal functionality to support our contact management and marketing efforts. You will also play a key role in automating processes and building new functionalities within Salesforce.
Salesforce Management:
Administer and maintain our Salesforce instance, ensuring its smooth operation and adherence to best practices.
Customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our organization, including custom fields, objects, flows, and validation rules.
Manage user accounts, profiles, and permission sets, ensuring proper access controls and security measures.
Monitor data integrity, perform regular data cleanup, and import/export data as required.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to maximize the platform's potential.
Automation and Workflow:
Identify opportunities for process automation and streamline existing workflows within Salesforce.
Develop and maintain automated processes, including workflow rules, process builder, and flows.
Design solutions and implement automation projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
Vendor Management:
Interface with vendors if necessary, such as Salesforce consultants or integration partners, to coordinate system enhancements, resolve issues, and ensure effective implementation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate Salesforce with other systems, such as HubSpot, Cvent, and other products.
Support and Training:
Provide user support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related inquiries and issues.
Train new users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and data entry guidelines.
Create and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and training materials, to facilitate user adoption and knowledge transfer.
New Salesforce roll-out:
Become familiar with our new Salesforce instance and the plans for future features.
Help guide plans for roll-out with staff. Including outlining staff training, communicating timelines of new features, and working within the tech department to problem solve any issues along the way.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience working as a Salesforce administrator, engineer, or similar role.
Proven expertise in Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and security management.
Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Workflow, Process Builder, Flows) and ability to develop and maintain automated processes.
Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other systems, such as HubSpot and Cvent. Bonus if experienced in GoMeddo (Booker25), Conga Composer, or any robust form builder platform.
Solid understanding of data management best practices and experience with data import/export, data cleanup, and data integrity maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience and comfort working in an agile environment. Bonus if experienced in Jira and Confluence.
Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
Salary $95,000-$120,000. Benefits include generous healthcare plan with dental and visual. Flexible hybrid work style.
