Regional Field Director

The Family Foundation Action (TFFA) is a 501(c)(4) non-profit, faith-based organization that is the

sister organization to The Family Foundation of Virginia. The Family Foundation Action protects

families and promotes responsible citizenship by giving Virginians the tools they need to hold their elected officials accountable, including educating and mobilizing voters in key elections. TFF Action does not endorse candidates for public office.

Under the direction of the State Director, the Regional Field Director will be responsible for

overseeing field operations in the assigned region. Currently, we are seeking applicants willing to cover territory in the Hampton Roads region and in Western VA. This position is a full-time position with salary guaranteed and a benefits package.

Duties:

This position reports to the State Director and is primarily responsible for the following:

• Coordinate TFFA’s field operations and manage all field staff and volunteers for TFFA in the assigned region

• Will be in charge of volunteer recruitment and expected to grow and expand our grassroots volunteer team in the assigned region

• Will coordinate all field operations, including door knocking campaigns, phone banking, voter registration, and mail-in/early balloting efforts in the assigned region for the No Safeguards, No Deal campaign focused on defeating Virginia's abortion and marriage ballot amendments.

• Will work with other coalition groups to coordinate efforts when appropriate

• Help inform TFFA of on-the-ground opportunities and monitor developments on local issues and concerns of voters

Salary and Benefits:

Travel:

The Regional Field Director must be able to travel routinely within Virginia.

• Spiritual maturity and a Biblical worldview

• Demonstrates behaviors aligned with TFFA’s core values

• Exhibits integrity in professional and personal life in accordance with Biblical standards

• Possesses a strong work and family ethic

• Creates favorable first impression in terms of appropriate attire, appearance, bearing, and manner

• One year minimum of campaign field experience

• Located in the Hampton Roads region or in Western VA or willing to relocate

• Familiarity with Numinar voter contact platform

• Experience working or volunteering on life issues
