The Campus Elections & Training Manager supports student government associations (SGAs) and student leaders nationwide by providing mentorship, campaign guidance, and leadership training. This role strengthens student governance by coaching students running for SGA, advising current leaders, and helping execute student-led initiatives.
In addition to overseeing the SGA Program, the advisor will teach and staff Youth Leadership Schools and Youth Leadership Workshops. Because most SGA elections occur in the spring, the advisor will spend the fall serving as expert faculty and recruiting for Center programs—including YLS.
Your Job:
Advise and mentor SGAs and student leaders to strengthen leadership and governance.
Guide students running for SGA through campaign strategy and execution.
Lead recruitment efforts for student government programs.
Support and oversee student-led events aligned with leadership and conservative principles.
Build lasting partnerships with organizations that support student leadership.
Assist with planning and coordinating SGA-related events.
Manage budgets for student government activities.
Work flexible hours, including some weekends, to support key programs.
Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in student organizations
Prior involvement in SGA or running for student government
Campaign or political experience
