We’re looking for a motivated, fast-moving Training Manager who thrives on action, challenge, and making an impact. This is your chance to be at the center of a nationwide network of young conservative leaders—recruiting the best, running world-class programs, and ensuring every detail runs flawlessly.

In this role, you will:

  • Recruit top-tier students from across the country to attend our premier trainings

  • Manage logistics for workshops—everything from travel to vendor negotiations to speaker coordination

  • Prepare materials, run events, and even present lectures on cutting-edge political technology

  • Build lasting partnerships with organizations that share our mission

  • Travel to exciting destinations (up to 40% of the time) to lead and support impactful programs

What it takes to succeed:

  • Experience recruiting, speaking publicly, and building relationships that last

  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple moving parts with precision

  • A knack for solving problems under pressure—calmly and professionally

  • Prior involvement with student organizations and campaigns

  • Bachelor’s degree + graduate of the Youth Leadership School

  • Ability to navigate new cities like a pro and make quick, confident decisions

  • Willingness to work the hours needed—including some weekends—to achieve big wins

Bonus points if you:

  • Have a basic understanding of planning events

  • Previous work on a campaign

  • Love the adrenaline of a fast-paced environment

  • Bring a strong understanding of conservative principles to everything you do
