Development Operations Officer

Leadership Institute is hiring Development Operations Officers, crucial members of the Development team who raise and processes millions of dollars in donations every year.

The job is entry-level, easy to learn and provides extraordinary growth potential into a career in fundraising. Alongside that, general professional development is a priority for the Operations team to grow its staffers in foundational business practices.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Caging hundreds of donations sent to LI daily.

• Maintaining data hygiene within the entire LI donor base, which consists of over 100k active donors.

• Processing donor correspondence and promptly communicating said correspondence to essential team members.

• Acknowledging and receipting every donation within 24 hours of its processing.

Qualifications and compensation

You must have a complete Public Policy Questionnaire (PPQ) and an upload resume before applying.

No education or prior work experience is required.

An understanding of conservative ideals and principles is a must.

Salary starts at $45,000 a year and is paired with a comprehensive healthcare plan. Additionally, secondary benefits such as phone plan assistance and transportation assistance provided.
