Development Operations Officer

The Leadership Institute has grown exponentially and are hiring a Development Operations Officer.

This is the ideal position for anyone looking to learn about fundraising from the ground-up.  

This position is easy to learn and provides extraordinary growth potential.

You will be a crucial member of the Operations team - which processes millions of dollars in donations every year. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Processing hundreds of donations daily.

• Processing donor correspondence promptly.

• Maintaining data hygiene within the entire LI donor base.

  • Cleaning existing data and processing new data.

• Acknowledging and receipting every donation within 24 hours of its processing.
